Course to learn the basics of biodiversity.
This course will introduce you to the Ecological Niche Modelling family of workflows developed by the Biodiversity Virtual e-Laboratory (BioVeL) project. It will teach you:
- how to prepare your input data for niche modelling using the Data Refinement workflow
- how to carry out the niche modelling process using the Ecological Niche Modelling workflow
- how to do post-processing tasks to prepare the outputs for use in an academic paper / publication.
